Attributes we look for in our Sales, Property Management , and Administrative employees include:

For Sales and Property Management:

• Ability and willingness to cold call targeted investors, property owners, and business owners.
• Proven entrepreneurial ability.
• Proven Sales and/or Property Management experience.
• Possess or have the desire to obtain a Real Estate Sales Person License.
• Knowledge of real estate and investment property.

For Administrative (includes Accounting and Property Management):

• Clerical, Accounting, and Administrative knowledge and experience
• Multi-line phone systems experience.
• Crisp and Professional in dress and actions at all times.
