Talah Garout

Talah Garout manages The Offices at 31 North Federal for Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. One of her main roles at The Offices at 31 North Federal is facilitating lasting business relationships among our members and creating an environment that encourages collaboration and the flow of ideas.

Talah was born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, before graduating from JMU with an Engineering degree. In her free time, she enjoys trying new things, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

She is excited to be working with a robust network of highly motivated, impactful professionals who share a common goal of growing their business and expanding their knowledge and understanding.
